Power Your Mind: Mental Fitness Session for Healthcare Professionals

Why not learn some new ways to improve your wellbeing and self-confidence and navigate your world in a new state of mind?

Everyone knows that we should eat well, exercise regularly and sleep more but not many of us know how to maintain a healthy mindset. During our mental wellbeing session, sponsored by Research and Innovation, University Hospitals of Northamptonshire NHS Group, you will learn to:

1. Change just a few mindset and thinking habits to have a profound impact on your wellbeing and performance.

2. Progressively build your self-esteem, confidence and mental resilience.

3. Use the four performance levers which cause people to be happy and successful
