Over the past couple of years, we’ve had to cope with new pressures causing less structure to both our professional and personal lives. Our mental wellbeing session will show you how you can keep yourself on an even keel in situations which seem unfamiliar or daunting.
In this mental fitness session, we’ll introduce you to:
- Your paradigm and how it can influence your everyday behaviour
- Transcend negative experiences so that you can improve your relationship with yourself and with others
- Some new and practical skills for a happier, healthier mindset
ABOUT THE SPEAKER
The session is led by Ashley Bookman, whose current ambition is to make a productive level of mental health accessible to all. Our ‘Power Your Mind’ webinar is an introduction to the ‘Optimising Your Own Performance’ programme.
